Lava fishing in the Precursor Remnants (Crystal Hollows) above Y 64 only catches Flaming Worms from Fishing 19. Each gives 1,150 base Fishing XP and has a 25% chance to drop a Worm Membrane, which players farm for Gemstone Chambers. The forum guide treats it as a mid-game side activity from about Fishing 27, not a main XP method.
