Players in 2025 called Glacite Tunnels commissions the fastest Mining XP, with Dwarven Mines commissions as the relaxed option. The wiki guide (flagged outdated) puts Crystal Hollows mithril at about 5m Mining XP/hr and Magma Fields mithril at up to 8m with a good setup. Several players say Mining 60 comes on its own while you grind powder and HotM.
