Commissions are the core of Heart of the Mountain XP all the way to HotM 7. The first four commissions each day give bonus XP, and Crystal Hollows commissions give more than Dwarven Mines ones. Players say HotM 4 takes a few days of daily commissions.

Steps
- Buy a Fractured Mithril Pickaxe from Bubu and enchant it.
- Do your four daily commissions every day, then Fetchur and Puzzler.
- At HotM 4 go to the Crystal Hollows and switch to its commissions.
- Add Crystal Nucleus runs alongside Crystal Hollows commissions.
- Keep going to HotM 7, which opens the Glacite Tunnels and most money methods.
