Heart of the Forest (HotF) unlocks through Hina's quest in Tangleburg's Path, which takes Foraging 12. HotF EXP comes from opening Tree Gifts on Galatea and from Starlyn Contests. The first 3 Starlyn Contests each day give a bonus of 1,200 EXP, so they are the daily priority.

Steps
- Reach Foraging 12 and finish Hina's quest in Tangleburg's Path.
- Do the first 3 Starlyn Contests every day for the bonus EXP.
- Cut trees on Galatea and open the Tree Gifts in between.
- Enter both contest variants at once when you can.
Tips from the sources
- The Galatea Training attribute (Ember Shard) adds 1-10% HotF EXP.
- Resetting the tree is free and refunds whispers and tokens, but not the Center of the Forest levels.
