Vampire Slayer (Riftstalker Bloodfiend) is done in the Rift and can be started at almost any point. Late-game players name Rift runs and Vampire Tier V as worth about 40m coins/hr. The wiki community guide suggests Ironman players wait until Ghast Tear V for the 12 Silver Fang they need.
