Kuudra has five tiers. Basic needs only Elle taking you there. Hot needs the main quest plus 1,000 reputation in either faction, Burning 3,000, Fiery 7,000 and Infernal 12,000 (Hero), and each tier also needs the previous tier beaten. A forum guide calls daily Infernal very hard for average players and suggests the Kuudra Gang Discord for parties, while Party Finder works for the lower tiers.
